"Kroger (28th and Broadway) pharmacy is so ghetto, the pharmacist told my client who is a diabetic that she doesn’t have time to show her how to use her dexcom device she needs to draw her blood to make sure her sugar levels aren’t too high or low . It be your own kind‼️‼️‼️"

"Ms. Tosha is the only reason I gave a star at all. She always takes care of me, has a smile and asks about my mother. Other than her, this pharmacy isn't very good at all. The staff, if they're there, isn't knowledgeable (or they don't care to be), the line is always too long, there's no drive-thru anymore (it was a long wait when it was open) and there is no phone service at all, meaning if you call them to ask a question about something, you can't because, nobody ever answers the phone, EVER!!! You're best bet is to go stand in the long line."

"The drive thru is never open. They never answer the phone. The lines are ridiculously long and slow. They also don't fill orders in a timely manner (should not take a week without explanation). I'm giving two stars though because interaction with the staff is pleasant."

"The current staff at the pharmacy are excellent. When I called to check out my prescription I know they’re busy the phone rings and rings and rings but when they answer they’re always patient polite and extremely helpful thank you"

"Late order supply they do have less staff I fell because we need to wait for at least 15 to 20 mins to get your prescription over the counter. But staff was OK somehow she can able to explain about insurance claims."
