Kroger Pharmacy

"Was told a prescription would be ready at 5pm, I arrived the next morning 5 minutes before opening since I had the time right before work. They opened 7 minutes late and I was told my prescription was not ready and was being worked on. I asked when it would be ready since as she stated it was, “being working on,” and was told she didn’t know because they had just opened. She asked if I got a text message that it was ready I advised no, I was told by phone it would be ready 1 day prior at 5:00pm. I was never signed up for text messages or made aware that I should wait on one. She confirmed my phone number and said I would get a text message. Due to my work schedule I don’t have time throughout the day to just come back, when they close is the exact time I get off of work as well. I only expect my prescriptions to be ready when I am told. They should just be telling everyone it will be ready and not sure, it’s an inconvenience and inconsiderate to myself and others whether I have a job or not. If you are unsure, just say that."

"I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 based solely on the wonderful young man in the Pharmacy drive thru named "Caleb". What an absolute pleasure of a young man who will restore your faith in the younger generation. I drive 6 miles further to get my prescriptions just because of him. He's always pleasant, helpful, and respectful. Whatever he's being paid should be more. Thank you Caleb."

"Pitiful experience every time. We will receive a text that our prescription is ready so we head up and wait in line 20 minutes to find out it won't be ready till tomorrow. We have simple prescriptions called in from the doctor/hospital that are rarely ready same-day. I've waited 5 minutes at the front of the line for somebody to acknowledge me. The people are rarely friendly. After 4 years we're headed elsewhere."
