The atomosphere here as well as how quiet and peaceful it is is extremely hard to find. The property manager was so nice and was always available to help me with any questions I had every step of the way until I moved out. Highly recommended by this previous resident."

"Brookefield apartments have been an absolutely perfect living space. I’ve been here since almost the beginning. I’ve lived in the two bedroom and three bedroom townhouse (to get the garage). I love having the option for a personal garage area. All parking spaces are marked for each townhouse. There are firewalls between each unit which really helps with noise reduction too. There’s a small pool and a small child’s playground. There’s an area for the dogs to play as well and a dog walking track. The area is clean and well-maintained. We have an on-site maintenance man who does a wonderful job. Our complex manager, Michelle, is outstanding and always helpful and expedient with requests, ensuring our comfort and available at a moments notice if there are ever complications. I have only had to request one maintenance repair and had that immediately resolved. The prices are higher for this complex however, they are luxury apartments. The only negative I could think of regarding this site is that I wish it were gated, making it even more secure but the area is very well lit and maintained."
