"This use to be A very nice place to live but now it is going down. We have no maintenance personal , we cannot keep one they come stay a week and leave because they have to much work put on one person and they will not hire more than one.We are waiting for repairs now , There is never anyone in the office for you to voice your concerns. We are always under new management. The one we have now is no better ....wenme.anyone. We are never able 5o make contact 2i5h them for repairs or anything. met wnyone"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Property recently under new management HOWEVER the only thing she cares about is the OUTSIDE maintenance. All tenants rent increased an extra $100 which seems to have went towards adding a small dog park, a kiddie “park” that all of two kids play on out of the whole complex , a mural painted on the office wall, and repainted the parking lot. She HAS NOT made any effort into fixing problems on the INSIDE of the units. There are many tenants without A/C and her reasoning is because the complex doesn’t have a maintenance man since the last one quit. So much mold in the units and she NEVER answers the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone ! Updated Comment** My best friend recently moved from complex which is where I’m getting my information as well as my experience from visiting her up until she moved out . "I have lived in Paddocks for a year now, they recently underwent new management, so apartments are being reconstructed. The landlord was lenient with me on my situation about rent. She works with her tenants to make sure everyone is happy"
