"Extremely over priced for what it is. Mice infested. Will charge you additional fees then previously agreed on. Never received deposit after calling multiple times. Updated appliances but still had bad foundation and termites."

"I lived at Ledgewood/Kensington apartments for 4 years. The previous owners were way better than the new owners. They came in and made the outside and apartments look decent but there are electric issues and mice problems. They are rude. I moved out 6/29/22 and turned in my key 7/6/22. It is 8/25/22 and I still don't have my deposit. When my apartment was broken into, I hade to call code inspector to get my door fixed. They add charges to your bill. Don't rent from them **UPDATE** They say to reach out to them for remedy. I have done that SEVERAL times with no help at all!!"

"They've done some nice upgrades, but not worth the $150.00 more per month I have to pay. Also, since new management took over, it's become even more difficult to pay rent! Their office hours are sporadic, and they want you to pay via their website, but THAT costs about ANOTHER $30!"

"Recently moved here. The office staff is very welcoming ! They are under new management and we love how the renovations are coming out !! BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY ! I was scared at first based on the older reviews but PLEASE KNOW THEY ARE NOT THE SAME OWNERS OR STAFF. I am very pleased with my new home and for Stephanie in the office , she helped us through the whole process ! Great communication !"

"AWESOME STAFF ! Stephanie was very professional and helpful through out the whole application process. The apartments look awesome once renovations are done ! Chris was helpful in explaining to us about the property. NOW Maintenance I was happily SHOCKED ! I had a small problem with the fuse box and they came within 10 mins ! I also had a small leak from under the toilet ( which is from when they installed the flooring) FIXED AND READY TO USE the same day I reported it! I am very pleased with this community! Is quiet and clean !"
