"Lived here since Nov 2020 and it was a great experience. We had the 900 sq. ft. apartment, so it felt a little cramped, but the rent was a very fair price. Kelly (office rep) was always very helpful and good at communicating, whether in the forms of email, letters on every door, phone call, etc. Any concerns we had were addressed with genuine concern and to the best of their ability. Maintenance concerns were handled very quickly as well. We had a few issues with neighbors smoking (marijuana) on a non-smoking property or being noisy, but those things are to be expected and should not reflect on the apartment itself. My only concern was the lack of speed bumps on the property. We have a toddler, and she is usually very good at looking before getting into the street, but people blast through that parking lot. I pray that it doesn't take an accident for the property owners to do something for the safety of their residents. Overall, I'm going to miss this place and especially the friends we made with some of the neighbors."

"Very nice. Whoever designed these Apts used the space and storage wisely. It feels bigger than it is, and very safe quiet place to live. Love how the property is also smoke free!"

"We moved in when these apartments were brand new in 2017 and loved living here.. we only recently moved because our family outgrew their 2 bedroom and we needed to buy. We never had any issues while living here, property grounds were always clean and maintenance was fast the few times we needed something. The office manager, Kelly is the best & always super kind! Definitely recommend River Breeze South!"

"Been living here, for over a year now, and its hands down one of the best places I've lived!!! The owner, and maintenance, are Johnny on the spot about everything. The property grounds is always taken care off and they are all cool individuals! Kelly, who runs the office, is the best landlord I've ever had! She is a sweetheart! She is always smiling and making sure all needs are met! I just absolutely love this place and people!!! Definitely one of the best places to live!!"
