"Things to be prepared for: 1. Your rent will sky rocket up to about $600 more than what you start out paying. 2. Don’t mount any TVs on the walls because you will pay $847 for a full unit paint & $75 for drywall labor 3. Change your own light bulbs because they will charge you for maintenance having the change it. 4. You have to pay every so often for your refrigerator filters to be replaced and you have to do it on your own. 5. You may not have any privacy. They like to walk into your apartment. ( one time i was home no clothes on taking a nap and the manager and the maintenance team was knocking on my door and i didn’t answer, so they used a key and walked in) 6. We had a nasty neighbor with pest problems (I won’t say which or what) but the staff didn’t seem to care much about the issue they sent out pest control. Pest control confirmed it wasn’t coming from us because i wanted to be sure the office made note of that and knew that. We have never had any pest issues with any place we have lived. We tried moving to a different unit and they wouldn’t let us. I had to remind them monthly about having pest control treat our unit. Instead of them just being on top of it for us. Our final bill was $2,202 i understand some of the expenses but the charge is outrageous and if I had known what I know now I would have done things differently Please don’t mount TVs and if you break something or not even if you break it but if it breaks because it is already worn to begin with, just fix it yourself."

"Very nice quiet community, the best is my garage I feel so safe when I get home from work and also when I call Jess she always listens to my problems professionally and as a friend and any repairs I have needed are addressed that day or the next day always .i would recommend Vineland town homes to anyone want quiet , clean , safe , comfortable living. And also utilities are very affordable."

"The first time I stepped into these apartments 6 years ago, I knew it was the place for me. Walk into any floor plan, and you can instantly picture yourself in this clean beautiful space. Hardwood floors, nice size kitchen with dark wood cabinets and granite countertops. Black refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher give it that modern sleek look. Open floor plan makes sitting, eating, and watching TV a family affair. Master bedroom is huge with a walk in closet just right for a clothes horse. Two full bathrooms and a large laundry room complete this home. Sure, there's noise sometimes from neighbors or garage doors opening/closing but all noise is relative. Depending on where you came from, it could be music to your ears. Management has always been very professional and kind. Jes and her team including maintenance are always respectful, gracious, and open to hearing any concerns you may have. Jes is a good manager, is quick to respond and to take action. I have been a resident going on 7 years this summer and would like to stay at this conveniently located complex for many more. P.S. Dont forget to take advantage of the pool and gym facilities too. Fingerprint access for after hour access to the gym."

"Do not Rent here, the Management team is unprofessional, the landlord doesn’t exist. When you ask for help you’ll get a PO Box that won’t respond to you. (Believe me we sent them mail). It is over priced, you can’t even open the fridge (photo attached), layout of the place is just bad. Poor building quality, they charge for the tiny pool and gym. They will hit you with ridiculous fines when you move out. Just look at the other reviews if you don’t believe me."
