"I lived here 35 years ago as a young army wife. We had a two bedroom. It was nicer then than it sounds now, but the upstairs neighbors were obnoxious. Just stopped by for old times sake."

"Great apartment for the price. 1 bedroom all utilities included for 500.00 per month. They are in the process of improving the entire property. Charity the manager is a joy to work with and any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Highly recommend."

"They dont deserve 1 star but since i have to give them something! To be honest this place should be shut down and condemned this place will eat you alive.. Drugs incompetent drunk management owner is crooked lazy and greedy animals and people dieing left and right plastic windows bathtub clogged from collapsed drains so many more things do yourself and your family a favor avoid this place for your health and sanity"

"Basham Apartments is not a place that Is recommended by many people. Though the rent is affordable and all of the utilities water and trash are included in the rent which is $ 500.00 per month the area has been known as one which is played with a very low class of people who live in the complex overall"

"Not a luxury apartment.w by it gets only 4 stars...but it is quiet, and low drama living! Great neighbors, maintenance is timely for emergencies.(and scheduled according to need and funding of course!)"
