"Our chlorinator - valued at $1000+ - broke in May 2022. Less than a year since we had our pool. We were told repeatedly, until august 2023, that the replacement part was “on the truck.” When finally questioned, the owners ghosted me. This place has been nothing but complete incompetence from day one when the installation crew put the entire pool together backwards. Completely shady owners and company."

"I wish I had read the reviews before choosing them. Should be zero stars. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. They installed my liner after months of delays, but within 1 week, the liner started shifting and came off the track. Plus it started losing a lot of water real quick. I called multiple times, left messages and sent emails, but they barely responded. They promised twice to come out and look at it but never showed up. Instead, they sent me an email telling me there was nothing they would do for me. Typical scammers...once they got paid, they refused to honor the customer service code. All I asked them to do was to come out and figure out what the problem was so I could get it fixed...and they wouldn't even do that. What kind of "professionals" are they if they won't even help a paying customer? They would rather leave you with a useless pool than take the opportunity to provide more services. Do not use them for your pool needs!"

"I don't know how these people look themselves in the mirror? They came to our house, cut our pump pipes, left and called to tell us they are unable to fix our system. Okay, no problem, we called someone else who took care of it the next day. Then 2 weeks later, Perfect Pools sends us a bill for $90 ... for what? They didn't do anything except damage our system (they cut pipes that had to be repaired by someone else). I called them and they said, "I know we didn't do anything, but it's $90 just for the service call." I responded, "but we had to spend more money with another company to fix what you damaged." He retorted, "that's not our problem." I rarely write bad reviews ... karma typically takes care of it. But I am so surprised by the uncaring callus attitude displayed by a company owner ... unbelievable??? ... so I had to do something in the hopes that I can save a few people from a horrible experience ... if you value your time & money at all, don't go near these people!"

"The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Ken did a wonderful job installing our pool pump and equipment as well as educating me on proper pool care and management. Stacy went above and beyond to meet my needs and help me every step of the way. She got me everything I needed and didn't try to sell me items I didn't need. She was very helpful and friendly and taught me a lot about pool chemicals and how to use them properly. Their whole team was great and I cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks for everything!"
