"I purchased my hot tub at Spa builders in Bardstown, Kentucky. From the beginning and the very first cell phone contact Jessie was right there and I felt comfortable buying a hot tub without even looking at it! Something I never ever do. The tub was delivered. I had some issues with the hook up on my side, and Jessie followed up with me almost daily Walking me through what he thought the next steps should be. The hot tub is up and running. I love it but without Jessie’s help, I probably would not be where I am right now With enjoying my new tub"

"After purchasing a spa from a traveling spa convention, I learned a very expensive lesson. Thank goodness I found Spa Builders! After many calls to many hot tub companies, spa builders was the only company who agreed to come out and fix my tub. They were reasonably priced and prompt to come help. They were friendly and informative, and after months of runarounds from the spa convention people, I finally have a working spa! Definitely highly recommend!"

"My wife and I have had a great experience at Spa Builders of Kentucky (and Tennessee). We originally purchased a spa from the Crossville, TN location. Mike was very helpful during the whole process. After it was delivered and setup my wife and I (mainly me) decided we needed a larger model. I explained this to Jessica at Spa Builders of Kentucky ( she was fantastic and very helpful). We worked it out and I was able to pay a little extra to get the larger spa. Just got it delivered today. Very professional and experience crew for the installation and setup (both times with original and this larger one). I recommend Spa Builders of Kentuky ( or Tennessee). They do a great job and have an excellent selection of spas."

"I would definitely not recommend this company. We bought a refurbished swim spa costing over 10,000. It had a very limited warranty, but was long enough to at least see it was working. The spa worked less than a month. We have spent at least four months trying to get assistance/service on this spa. We have waited and waited for calls back or any help. Finally today they said they would service it if we paid the service call (200.00). Next thing I know they call back and say there was absolutely no warranty and they won’t fix it unless I pay for repairs and service call. If they were going to refuse they could have told me months ago instead of stringing me along. To some degree my own fault not noticing they hadn’t written the warranty on the receipt. (I actually was not even in the state when delivered) But how very sad for the owner himself to lie and say he never promised a warranty. Does he think someone would spend 10,000.00 and not at least have a warranty that will last long enough to see that it worked? I was also promised a higher end roll top cover, which was not delivered and when asked was promised it would come. I was strung along on this issue as well, and they now claim that what I have, which is basically a tarp, is the higher end rolltop (which my receipt says I got but it was not). Besides this issue, no one told us this spa has been modified so you cannot drain the hot tub. Seems to me that should be a given. I would not trust this company. I hope it is worth it to them to cheat us for the sake of what is likely a simple repair."
