"5 STAR - I had a great experience from the moment I began the search for my new pool. After a few emails I was called directly by the GM (Danielle) and she went on to discuss all pool options in great detail. After my pool was installed, I ended up with a defected pool liner 3 days before July 4th and my pool emptied overnight. I sent an email early that morning and was called right away when they opened at 9am. By luck they had one liner in stock, gave me the new liner reimbursed me for the price of a liner replacement install and for the water that was lost, all within one business day. Needless to say we were swimming by July 3rd and the weekend was saved thanks to them and their quick reaction to our warranty needs. I will give them all my business for years to come."
