Reviews
"I had been a member for 10+years and stopped renewing in 2022. If you RV or have a camper the spots are great. However, You can’t tent camp here anymore and expect to have a decent time. The place has been overrun with RV and Campers with golf carts that run rampant all hours of the night. Years past we could expect noise after quiet time but when I complained was told “Those are the board members family” meaning nothing can be done about the late night partying across the lake. Seriously sad to see long term members pushed out by a board that makes their own rules for themselves."
"Best place for camping or RV, swimming, fishing. Yearly fee is affordable and price goes down the second year."
"Enjoyed some quality time with the family. Nothing like a little outdoor adventure"
"This is my second year of being a member there and I absolutely love it. Everyone is so nice in the beach is awesome and it is the best place to go camping close to Owensboro. My grandkids and I checked at Windy Hollow and they wanted to charge me $140 for 3 nights for primitive camping no electric no water. I think they have lost their minds. My membership is 65 a year and it cost me $4 a night to camp. You cannot beat that. The Lakes stocked the paddle boats are free fishing is free and the beach is awesome they keep it so clean there and I love it."
"We have been members here for several years and like it a lot. Decent fishing and nice camping. It is busy on summer weekends so go during the week if you can. Annual membership fee is worth it if you live reasonably close. It is so beautiful and peaceful out there."
