"One of my family members we're sick and after seeing urgent care right before Kroger pharmacy closed (literally 10 minutes before closing), they managed to fill the prescription before close. It was going to snow that night too so it saved us some headache for driving back in the snow, very quick and professional"

"I find it very alarming that this pharmacy is so incompetent. Let's talk about the drive through first. Why are they letting people sit in the line while they fill a prescription. This is called a pick up window! Call in your prescription first and then go pick it up. The lines are unbelievable and the store manager doesn't care if you sit in the line an hour. Now let's talk about the inside, just as slow and they are unapologetic. Kroger pharmacy was the place to go, not anymore. Filling prescriptions is crazy, they at times have another company fill them and you pick up two days later. The store itself is a hot mess, dirty and no organization. Kroger you need to step up your game!! Unfortunately, you are losing customers and you are not concerned. The top management needs to make a surprise visit. Actually, go try to get checked out and try to get medication you need. You might be surprised of the outcome. We the customers are tired of the shenanigans... get it fixed!!!"

"Biggest joke of a pharmacy can’t complete a simple penicillin prescription in 3hrs. Called to check on it at 1230; after saying it be ready at 130 show up at 2 to pick it up and need more time. They need to stick to groceries cause it’s obvious they cant handle doing anything else."
