"The “owner” of the shop the white girl with blonde hair is fraud. She will sell you faulty products from her own home. She sold me a switch yesterday for $220 then says I can have store credit if something is wrong with it, I get it set up the Same day, the screen has a white lining around it, I googled it, that means it’s damaged and needs to be sent for repairs . So I bring this back the next day and she refuses to refund or do store credit and accused me of somehow breaking it within that time. Then she says it was her own daughters so that tells me I was right in the first place, they just wanted ti get rid of something her daughter broke cause they are crooks. Do not recommend coming here . There’s like 3 other pawn shops in town to choose from ."

"Went in there to sell a handgun, the guy at the counter went to look up what they go for new and told me they sale for $500 new. Keep in mind the retail price for this gun is $1,200. I told him he must not be looking at the right gun and he instantly got aggressive. I looked on his computer screen, and sure enough, the cheapest gun FN makes was pulled up. After I called him out on it he proceeded to say he wasn’t interested. They either don’t know what they’re talking about or they’re scam artist."
