"I’ve been here multiple times… the vibe I got here was so bad in the first place. The staff is so angry and hateful all the time. You can tell they all just want to go home. The vapes aren’t even updated nor are they good. They last not even a week. The vapes are always broken, so if you vape and you’re looking for a smoke shop that’s actually good go to Zero Gravity smoke shop. They’re knowledgeable and know how to what they’re actually talking about. I’ve been smoking vapes for 8 years. And no place had ever done me so wrong with vapes like this one has. They tax like ALOT on the vapes and everything else. It’s ridiculous! Don’t even get me started on the customer service. They have never been nice there at all. So disrespectful! I thought it was crazy! Never come here. I promise. You’ll regret it as soon as you walk in!"

"Got a disposable CBD pen. Was told to throw it away once the battery was dead and the battery didn’t even have a charge or charger. The 4 guys in the lobby did little to nothing to try resolving the issue; didn’t want to refund me or allow me to change it for another product worth more so I left the pen and told them I would just have the bank cancel the transaction. Very poor customer service and EXTREMELY poor knowledge of the products. Didn’t even know if the CBD pen could legally fly on airlines."
