"If I could give this rating 0 stars I would. The owner of this store is disorganized, frantic, and unprofessional. She lost our project, never returned our calls, when I finally spoke to her and scheduled an appointment - she no-showed. When I reached out, she tried to blame me (but proof in the email she was in the wrong) then made excuses for her lack of professionalism. If you need project work done on your place, do not go here."

"Had been admiring a beautiful wall mirror for sometime at Cactus Flower. I finally inquired to see if the size I was seeking was in stock. Karen was very helpful as she stated some were coming in a couple weeks. I was notified via email and came in today for the purchase. To my surprise, I was able to get it delivered within hours and installed professionally since it was an heavy piece. The installers efficient, precise and friendly. It’s so nice to have great customer service and thank the staff for their professionalism."
