"For providing sewn upolstery for a loveseat recliner which was originally quoted by the owner "Rosa" to be finished in 7 to 10 days, it took 5 entire weeks ! REALLY ? ! ? ! Maybe it's time to give it up and sell the business or retire. I'm not the only one either, because, when mine was FINALLY done and I was there to pick it up, another customer in front of me was complaining about his over extended order as well."
