"Best customer service of any pharmacy I've ever done business with! I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my prescriptions, I'm always greeted warmly (as are all customers) the second I walk in the door, and they go above and beyond helping the patient with their prescription. For example on a dosing syringe, Shelbyville Pharmacy has a marked label as to what the exact dosage is for my specific prescription. Walgreens rarely even gave us a syringe! Unless we asked for it. Kudos and thank you to Jason Underwood and his entire team!"

I struggled for a week to get medicine at walmart pharmacy just for this location to provide it in less than 20 min. The lead pharmacist even went above and beyond for my babies medicine.
