"I needed a transfer of prescription to this pharmacy and the system said it was an error so I tried calling and I was on hold for an hour so I gave up. That hold time is ridiculous."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Any time you call the pharmacy you sit on hold for 30/45 mins they don’t care about the customers. They never have any prescriptions ready even after you get a message saying it’s ready to be picked up. Then it takes another 45 mins after you get there to fill your prescription. Never had so much trouble out of a CVS. I had great experience with others but this one is absolutely horrible."
"Hate CVS with a passion. This is the 2nd CVS I've used too by the way. I transferred locations thinking it was just that one I was using 1st, but no they don't care if you want 30 plus minutes on the phone or have a friendly personality at all. Im forced to use them by my health insurance which I'm also mad at because I should be able to go to whichever pharmacy I choose. Still waiting on phone at this very moment, 21min and 32 sec......"
