"First of all, every review I've ever written before about a business has been 5 stars. So I'm no "Karen" - but this place isn't even worth the one star. I've picked up on behalf of my wife several times over a couple of years without any problems. Now suddenly the head pharmacist says, "I don't know you" and won't dispense? Check your database, or better yet step out from behind it and get to know me! This is the problem with big box pharmacists who don't care. I used to make the drive to Wish's until they had to close, probably thanks to places like Walmart. Frank the owner actually did care to get to know me, along with the rest of the family. Too bad independent businesses are being killed by places like this who don't understand the first thing about building any kind of customer relationship."
