"I could not be more disappointed with a pharmacy, this place is the epitome of poor customer service. I took my 10 year old son to urgent care there in Madison because he was very sick. Got a couple scripts that needed to be filled before we made our 35 minute drive back home, so we stopped here at Walmart Pharmacy. Was told by them it would take around 25 to 30 minutes to get them filled. As sick as my son was, we knew we had to wait for them to get done. No big deal, we went back to the car and came back in 25 minutes later. As I was walking up the the counter they were shutting the gate above the counter. I hollered and asked why they were closing and said, "can i please get my son's scripts first??! Please don't close!" They holler back at me, not even raising the gate back up to talk to me like a person should, and say, "pharmacist is going on lunch, sorry!" I said "why wasn't I told this before I waited 30 minutes that in 30 minutes you guys would be taking a lunch?!" They ignored me, shut the gate, and I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get back from lunch. And wouldn't you know it, when they got back and waited on me at the counter, my son's scripts were hanging on the rack, bagged and ready to go. I seriously couldn't have been more upset, and my son was just ready to go home. I was just in complete disbelief, and i'll never go back that's for sure."

"What a horrible place! Impossible to move around without bumping into some pyramids of merchandise and making it fall apart! It’s a crappy setup. And rude employees who yell at you for walking away and not picking the fallen stuff up! I am seven months pregnant and I SM NOT GOING TO BEND AND PICK IT UP! Your employ should do it !"
