"Upon contacting Tisch Real Estate, we were assigned to Melissa Kemper, the real estate broker at Tisch Realty. Since our first day working with Ms. Kemper, this has been the most bewildering and discoordinated experience. Our first "buyer" was arranged by Melissa Kemper. The buyer placed a bid on our property without even looking at it! According to Ms. Kemper, the buyer had seen the property previously and was eager to purchase it. Melissa Kemper assured us that this was a trusted cash buyer and started the negotiation process. The deal fell through because this was a buyer with no cash on hand and no serious intention to purchase our property. The second buyer was misrepresented by Melissa Kemper. She mislead the customer to a believe of promises that we never offered as a part of our sale's agreement. The buyer left unfulfilled from their bitter real estate experience misrepresented by our agent. We were just as aggravated with the whole ordeal as they were. Oddly enough, the buyers and us became good friends! The property, however, remains ignored by the agency and far from being sold. As time goes on, and our patience wearing thin, Ms. Melissa Kemper has come up with another so called "cash buyer." She convinced us that the buyer has funds and is willing to buy our property. She asked us to wait six weeks before closing though. So, based on the promises of Ms. Kemper, we ended up providing prime and exclusive rights to this etherial buyer waiting a month-and-a-half for this phantom closing at no benefits to us. In the meantime, we had visitors interested in our property with no ability to offer a bid. By the time of the closing date, Melissa Kemper requested additional three-week extension of our closing because the buyer turns out to have no money to pay! Our agent was audacious enough to tell us that the buyer wants our property, but has no money to pay for it! And she asked us to sit and wait for them to make enough money so that they could buy our home and land. Additionally, there were clauses of our binding agreement that were broken by our agent. As a result of our dealings with Tisch Realty, we were mislead into believing that our place was being under sales agreement. In the meantime, real buyers and potential deals were lost. We have wasted a great deal of time and opportunities for us to sell this place and to buy what would have been our new home. At this time, we are forced to be involved in very unpleasant legal procedures in our dealings with this incompetent agency instead of moving on with our lives to our new home!"
