"This property at one time was a choice property that many elderly people would turn to when downsizing. Today, this property is owned by Kumar Koneru, an individual with a California address. There is no response when the published number is called by residents to report issues. Residents have on numerous occasions reported issues with no one making any attempt to resolve the issues. There is currently no onsight management and for years managers have not been able to adequately maintain the property. My guess would be they do not have approval or authority from the owners to address issues of concern. Siding is filthy and in some cases showing mold, gutters are falling off in some areas due to tree leaves and debris…never cleaned. Trees are over grown and planted too close to buildings, roots are breaking up sidewalks, creating hazards for the elderly residents and visitors. There are dead trees on the property which need to be removed. Years ago, the lawns were well maintained with regular weed treatments and seeding. Today the lawn have sparse grass, over growth of weeds and rarely mowed. Reported maintenance issues from residents are in most cases never addressed and if so, never timely. At one time, there was oversight of resident property restrictions that help to provide for a very neat and well maintained property. Obviously, this is no longer being monitored. If this property continues to be neglected, soon Frankfort will have another eyesore to cleanup!"
