"We enjoyed living in Shelby place apartments. Kristy was wonderful and was so easy to work with. She went out of her way to get us moved in quickly. The neighbors were all very kind people. Definitely a great place to live."

"Apartments are not worth the price. There are no amenities, yet they continue to raise the rent every year. The landlord (Kristy) is the absolute worst! She watches you constantly, gossips about people who are late in rent or their family issues. Landlord should focus more on the recent break-ins, updating the units, cleaning up around the garbage dumpsters, then spreading gossip."

"Horrible place to reside. The landlord has their favorites. Children can't go outside and play without something being said. Can't really go and visit anyone unless it's one of the favorites. The rent is not worth the apartment."

"It’s a horrible place to rent. Manger has spies all over that watches your every move. Rude neighbors. I would visit a friend and I felt self conscious bc of how much I was being watched until I would be in my friend’s door. Manger is rude and picks favorites with the neighbors. Takes only one side of the story in a situation instead of getting the other side and comparing the sides. Neighbors being rude to children when they want to play with their child."

"You can’t ask for a better place to live. Great complex with very nice energy efficient apartments. And Kristy the property manager is outstanding. She is always asking how things are going and if there are any issues her and her team take care of them immediately. We have been blessed to have found this place as we both moved for our jobs. I can’t say enough about how great our experiences have been. I highly recommend this as affordable and great location for anyone who works in Louisville or Lexington or somewhere in between."
