"Very unprofessional customer service. They were great in the beginning and over time it’s been problem after problem. The first time my card was charged in advance without notice. The next time they charged my card for my mothers account mind you it was a separate account and my card should have never been on file. Now they are blowing up my references phones saying that they were listed as the primary? I’m overall very disappointed. George is super helpful with solving these issues but overall the quality of the stores customer service is horrendous. First and last time I will be signing a contract with them."

"Terrible place. They charge my card 5 different times without my permission. I never sign up for auto pay. Either I pay cash or I pay with a different card. One day I was near the store. I did not have cash or my other card so since I was near by I stop and paid with my bank card they swipe. I told them to not save that card. The cashiers said they won’t. Next payment came up and they charge themself on my bank card. I called them pist off to delete all my cards on file. Lady name Stephanie said she deleted everything only has history of payments. I said ok thank you. This last payment came up. They charge $35.xx then $22 then 55.xx THREE TRANSACTIONS! I called them when I saw the first two. Very pist off I spoke to Stephanie again the so called manager and she said she was going to refund it. And guess what the 3rd transaction if $55 show up today. I went to police to make a report. Officer told me to call tomorrow Monday to speak to justice if peace to see what next step. Then will also call headquarters to report them. Will be changing debit cards also. DONT BUY HERE UNLESS U OK WITH UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS"
