Reviews of Clarksville Lofts
"Nice but way overpriced. Just be careful when you leave. I gave them 6 weeks notice and it cost me $500 ( with no warning) of my deposit. Thought it was 30 day notice but I guess it’s 60. After the thousands of dollars I gave them over 3 years I guess they needed that extra 500."
"I loved living there! Perfect place for a single person."
"Honestly this has to be one of the best apartment complexes ever. I just moved into my apartment last month so I'm not super experienced with the place yet, but so far my experience at Clarksville Lofts has been amazing! Applying for the apartment was super easy and the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful with any questions I had. I'm in the larger unit which, as of now, is $825/mo. They offer smaller units for $775/mo but I am so glad I got a large one because the small ones are, small. You could fit a small couch and small TV stand in the living room, and that's it. No dining room table, probably even no end tables for the couch. Tiny. The larger unit is very adequate for me, 2 people would be okay. Definitely not an apartment for families since every unit is 1BR. As for the unit itself, it's very nice, the whole building is. The place is literally brand new and it's very well built. I have not heard my neighbors a single time, not even the people above me walking around. I will say though that I'm in an end unit so a surrounded unit might have more noise, though I seriously doubt it. All of the appliances are brand new, the carpet is nice. Perhaps my only complaint is the living room/kitchen heater sometimes struggles to heat the whole room, so it can get kind of chilly in the kitchen on cold nights, but this is just a minor inconvenience. The pricing for either unit is very, very fair. A brand new building with granite countertops, brand new oven, fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher! Plus, literally the only utility you pay here is electric. Gas, water, sewer, trash, and even internet and basic cable with Spectrum are paid for by the building!! I do not have the TV service so I can't comment on that, but the internet is surprisingly fast. You connect to a community signal which I'm not a huge fan of for security reasons, but the speeds are surprisingly fast (60-100Mbps). You have to enter the MAC address of any non PC/Smartphone/tablet device on the connection site, which could be challenging for those who aren't very good with technology. P.S. It could be because of COVID-19, but the office at this building isn't staffed, the actual leasing office for Clarksville Lofts is over at Bridgepointe Crossing in Jeffersonville."
"I absolutely love living at the Clarksville Lofts. It’s pretty quite and it seems as though most everyone gets along. My husband and I were lucky enough to get a bigger apartment. However, if it wasn’t available we would’ve definitely went with a smaller one. They are nicely updated with so many great features such as granite countertops, wood flooring, silver appliances, washer/dryer combo, community pool, club house, a small dog park park, and so much more. Not to mention the only utility we pay is electricity and we get free cable and internet as well. Also, the apartment managers are super nice."
"This is a nice place to live cause it's still all new. The price is high though for the size you get which is why i only give it 2 stars. They have a pool, a grill, a fire pit and a game room which is not able to be used. The pool has been turned on and running for about a month but they locked the gate so no one can use it which also blocks the grill and fire pit. Without those extra amenities this place is not worth the money."
