"HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. service. we shopped on a friday evening for our new place, they didn’t want to let us leave until buying something. mind you, they said that if we bought something theyd deliever to our new home by MONDAY. it is now Wednesday evening and they keep telling us that our furniture is in complete and in the rio furniture. they’ve told me this since MONDAY morning. They claim to be such an amazing service and dedicated to their customer, but have failed us. now they are saying we have to wait until THIRSDAY to get out furniture. mean while we have been living in boxes due to their failed promises. they claim that we can call and talk to the manager who was Jesus but now he is no where to be found. BEWARE"
