"I highly recommend this enrollment center. With no interviews nearby for months, we drove 3 hours for Global Entry interviews for my children. The facility was clean, parking was safe and it was easy to get to. The agents were friendly, and helpful. I called prior to the 3 hour drive just to confirm, and they wished me safe travels. When you’re turning on Matamoros St off I-35, make sure you’re in the left two lanes or you will go into Mexico."

"The nearest appointment dates at all of the other Global Entry Enrollments Centers in Texas were months away, but this location in Laredo had lots of time slots available every day. It was worth the 5-hour road trip from Houston. I drove down the day before and stayed the night in a hotel. There is nothing in the job descriptions of the CBP officers that says that they have to be nice, but everyone I encountered here was friendly, helpful, and super professional. Because I was afraid I'd get lost trying to find the place, I started out early, and since it was really easy to find, I arrived about 45 minutes early. The officer called me up and said that it was OK to get the interview out of the way early. It took about 10 minutes, and the officer explained pretty much everything about Global Entry, what comes next, and how to use it. If you do decide to come to the Laredo Enrollment center, DO NOT follow the directions that Google Maps provides. It instructs you to cross the international bridge into Mexico and then turn around and come back. Don't do that! You will be stuck for a good while trying to get back into the U.S., and you'll probably miss your appointment. Instead, from I-35, before you get to the bridge, turn left on Matamoros Street. Then turn right on San Eduardo Street. Go down a couple blocks, and you'll see a sign for SENTRI Enrollment Center Parking. Turn right into the parking lot. Park. Then, follow the signs for the SENTRI. Nothing is really marked for Global Entry or TSA Pre-Check, but they handle all of it. I don't know about other times, but at 8:00 on a Friday morning, I saw only two other people there for services. I'm glad I made the trip to Laredo, and I highly recommend it for those living in the Houston, Austin, or San Antonio areas who don't want to have to wait several months to get this quick interview out of the way."

"Great service. Organized officers that were helpful. If you are using GPS it will navigate you to the parking lot on San Eduardo. You don't cross the border to use this enrollment center. I drove 2 hours but it was worth it. San Antonio and Austin were booked up for one month and Laredo had time slots available."
