"The worst customer service..I went in to purchase a sofa and table. At the time there was no signs that said no refunds or exchanges anywhere. We got approved through Koalafi and Kafene. We paid off the sofas and we started having issues with the finance company (Koalafi) in regards to the early pay off option. I was told to call Koalafi to resolve the issue and the finance company told me to go to Lepy and talk to them. So it became a back and forth thing. I got frustrated and spoke to Jessica and Mariana and told them that I wanted to cancel the items that the store still has and Mariana told me that she cannot return my money, that forcefully I have to take the table and sofa. Mariana is rude and sarcastic. Koalafi ended up refunding us theri part and Mariana does not want to return us the $500.00 deposit, because she states that since the stuff is paid off it would be better to just take the items. I told her that she cannot force me to take the items if I dont want them. There was no contract and all of a sudden when I called Mission PD to make a report the sales rep Jessica took out a sign that said no refunds and lied to the police officer that the sign was up since forever. When we are neighbors in business and signs were never on any of the walls. We asked for the owners number and they never called or even responded to our messages. I am super upset and appalled by their actions. I guess they are going to steal $2300.00 from me.. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. In response to Lepy's comment: items purchased in September 2023 are still sitting at your store! You failed to deliver on agreed date! Now you are FORCING AND OBLIGATING ME to stay with the furniture that I do not want..after being offended by their employee. Why wouldn't anyone not want to cancel after being disrespected."
