Reviews
"If you are looking for a comfortable place, I do not recommend these apartments. In some buildings the washing machine does not work and in another it does and the washing machine burns all the clothes, the place is horrible. look for another place"
"So have to change my review. I was first threatened with retaliation for call law enforcement with a problematic roommate saying I would be evicted if I called the cops again which you cannot do that is illegal. I was never served a proper notice for my 7-Day eviction notice, turns out the property manager Melissa Cooper doesn't even have a real estate broker's license, nor does the company. This is a big one in the state of Kentucky folks. But if you like being violated your renter's rights that is this is the place for you."
"I lived here for two years. If you are looking for a place to live I suggest looking anywhere else. The property manager is extremely rude and does not work with her tenants in a professional or productive way. Myself as well as other tenants went two and a half months without AC during the hottest months in the Summer time. We were told that we would not get a break on rent and that the only option they would give us was to break our lease. This was a huge inconvenience due to me having to drive my cats to my moms house because they could not live in that heat. I have pictures of what my thermostat looked like and it was over 95+ degrees in my home. My neighbor had an 8 month old baby that was effected as well. On top of the poor management, their maintenance team is just as unprofessional, specifically Robert who was parked illegally in a fire lane and blocked my car in, making it difficult to move, which resulted in a slight fender bender. (The cops were called and the officer walked around both vehicles unable to find any damages) Robert claimed that his bumper was damaged and knocked aggressively on my front door at 8:00 in the morning two days in a row telling me how much his bumper would cost even though we were going through insurance at the time. He messaged me and would not stop after telling him to refrain from trying to contact me about the matter. I am off my soapbox now, but please find somewhere else to go, take that hard earned money to a property that actually cares about the tenants."
"They do not like to fix things within your apartment an the maintenance team is very rude. They have had the pull down for 2 years an have been "fixing it" for 2 years as well. They just walk in an do not give you notice. An then when they do give you notice they don't come. They are always leaving leftover wood and pieces of what they're working on all over the apartment complexes. They have very bad plumbing problems an never try to fix them. We've been here two years an they have not fixed the broken heater an the broken sink since the first month. They are not very nice people after you move in either."
