"I’m sorry to say I cannot in good faith recommend this business. The final product was okay, the customer service was awful. He verbally quoted me one amount and at the end tacked on $100. He stated the fee for his services included uninstalling our sofas and installing the sofa set when finished. The service fee also included the upholstery pick up and delivery. When the OWNER of the company arrived for our living room set he arrived with no tools, and no assistant/ lift buddy. My husband had to use his extensive tool set to uninstall the motors in our sofas (they are electronic recliners) in addition to my husband providing the tools required to do the job that Mr Castanon stated he could do, my husband had to do the majority of the lifting. My husband also had to uninstall our main entrance door as Mr Castañon was unable to maneuver the couches through the door. He had to make several trips to take our entire living room set, because he has a small truck and a small minivan as his business vehicles. This man does not reinvest into his own business. On several occasions the Owner did not arrive on the agreed upon date and time. Every time I called him to get a status update on the work order he was passive aggressive and always had excuses as to why the job was not complete within the stated timeframe and on one occasion when he answered the phone he was yelling at his wife and threw out some profanities before he got to my phone call and then again more excuses as to why he had not met his deadline. He started the job January 7th and finished my sofas April 13. He upholstered 4 pieces. He FAILED to uninstall and reinstall my sofas. Terrible customer service, but I will admit he did a decent job; however he left some exposed staples in my console, but I was so frustrated and appalled at the horrible service I didn’t even allow him to fix it, because I don’t want to see his face ever again! I give this business a thumbs down."

"I had a very bad experience with this business the person took twice as long to deliver my order it took him a month and a half to deliver my order once he had it done he delivered it to me dirty and full of hair he then wanted to charge me more at the end when he claimed that the job he had done was difficult.... ended up paying 90$ more... very unprofessional I do not recommend"
