"I don’t recommend working here. I worked a month and was not paid. When I put my 2 week notice in they let me go and pulled my daughter. Many kids didn’t like being there. Staff would be on phones and kids would cry. Yes I sound like a disgruntled employee but I am just upset things were taken out on my daughter for us trying to better our lives."
"Please read I recently withdrew my daughter from Wee Care after being there for a little over a year. We were happy with the care, safety and communication. We had wonderful teachers who greatly cared about our child's wellbeing. Things started to go down hill in September and gradually got worse. Teachers left because of not getting paid and their paychecks were bouncing. They had a lot of stuff stolen when they were "broken" into. I say "broken" because I was told by a teacher that there was no forced entry. The thing that sent me over the edge was my daughter's cup. I was taking it home to relabel it since the label was worn off. It was sitting on top of the drying rack they have for the clean cups to dry on. This is what it looked like (see pictures). I will not tolerate the gross neglect to my child's health and safety. I did show the cup to the assistant directors daughter and I sent a message to the director. My expectation was to get a response and be told that this would never happen again. I waited 24 hours for a response on the cup and never got one. I walked in yesterday with my Mom, grabbed her stuff and walked out. I wasn't going to hunt down the director or assistant director to tell them since no one was up front. Sent them a message and was given no apology for the cup and they just agreed the communication lacked. This was a wonderful daycare and was filled with wonderful people. I hope it gets better for those who can't withdraw their kids due to having to have childcare. Wait lists are about 12-18 months right now at other daycares."
"Title: Avoid This Child Care Center at All Costs As a parent, entrusting your precious child to the care of others is a daunting task. You seek a place that is nurturing, safe, and conducive to your child's development. Unfortunately, my experience at Wee Care Learning Center has been nothing short of disappointing and alarming. I enrolled my 16-month-old son in this center, hoping to provide him with a stimulating and enriching environment. However, my hopes were quickly shattered by a series of unsettling incidents. The staff seemed indifferent and disengaged, lacking the warmth and responsiveness that young children require. My son came home withdrawn and upset, indicating a lack of emotional support and attention. We went in to pick him up after 2 hours after his second day. He was standing next to what appeared to be a teenager watching the class of toddlers screaming and crying. When we walked in the music was blaring and children screaming. We told them when we left him that he eats breakfast at home. The teacher told us when we picked him up how they couldn't get him to eat. Probably because we told them he eats before coming. Secondly, the center's safety standards fell far short of my expectations. We asked that his food be cut up still and we where assured it would be. He was fed dry cereal and whole steak fingers. I discovered my son with minor injuries, such as bruises and scrapes, with no clear explanation or apology from the staff. These incidents left me deeply concerned about the overall supervision and care my son was receiving. Finally, upon expressing my concerns to the center's management, I was met with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. My requests for a refund were flatly denied, despite the clear evidence of inadequate care and safety concerns. We paid 375.00 for 2 weeks. We brought him for a total of 4 hours between 2 days. I strongly advise parents to avoid this child care center. The lack of care, safety concerns, and poor management practices make it an unsuitable environment for the well-being of young children. Your child deserves a place where they feel loved, safe, and nurtured, not a place that treats their well-being with such disregard. Please seek out other child care options that prioritize the safety and well-being of children above all else. Your child's happiness and development are paramount, and they deserve a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and emotional well-being."
"This place is absolutely the worst I have encounter. My 16 month old son went for two days before taking him out. This place is not clean and the staff is not qualified to watch children. I walk in the room with my son in tears and the teacher just standing there blasting music over the crying and on her phone. I asked what was going on and no response. The owner Tena will not return calls or even have any communication to make things right. I found out from a employee that she is writing hot checks to pay people. I have asked for a refund for over a week with no response since he only went for two days, so for two days i paid $375. I will be taking the next steps to file a report against them. Theres no sign in / sign out sheet and no one acknowledges you when you arrive or drop off. No one checks id’s or asks your name at pick up, so technically anyone could walk in and take your child home…"
