"Cruelty and bigotry from director. Seriously abusive condition after four months from “you’re hired” to “come in for training”. Several times calling me in to train in LaGrange the day before then canceling early in the morning. Bureau-Crazy. No excuse but low intelligence and assembly line mentality. One lead teacher was blowing whistles at tiny children and barking at them in militaristic fashion. Nightmare people. Sorry for the kids. Had to fill out 33 papers and endure finger printing and heavy police officious obnoxious behavior from heavy handed unprofessional “scrutinizer” who then forced me to go to the courthouse to collect my own records, which were clean. Treated like a criminal for abysmal $9 wage wanting very much to help these kids and nurture children. Being a grandmother is worth nothing. After half day training fired (yes after all this) and told “Under TX Law we don’t have to tell you why”. Certainly I was trying to amuse the group of two other young moms who sat without saying a word or showing any color or character. So they want robotic dull folk who do not challenge the boredom factor with wisdom. Returned the 33 papers folded into paper airplanes onto their porch after 6 months of non pay of the tiny paycheck they said they would send and they called the police and made a very rude stink for what was a playful gesture of protest. Where do children come into this overly developed and under loving system of self importance? In charge were the false lashes, false nails, false front of the secretary who did the hatchet job. I spent months trying to recover from this place that I went to in order to support out of love. No place for wisdom or real compassion. I had a good psychic tell me beforehand, “You will get bullied there”, now why didn’t I listen to you Simo? They broke my heart. I have a gift for children but they are not screening for real love for real kids, these ladies are power trippers."
