"Andrew, the owner, will not personally answer the phone or emails. Instead he passes you off and won’t handle things on his own. The best way to get ahold of anyone is email, which takes forever to get a response. I have been with them for 4 years and have had to continually shop around for different insurance. I have found progressive and been with them for 2 years going on 3 only for them to jack my rates up AGAIN (no wreck or claim filed) and I can’t get answers why it’s $50 per month every 6 months renewal. Not my renewal also double my last month of insurance. Definitely not the place to go if looking for insurance."
