"We ALWAYS have the best stay at this hotel! We live 45 minutes from that hotel and we stay there so our littles can swim. It’s gotta be the warmest pool in Richmond. But if you go here, aways treat Tina with the utmost respect because I can guarantee you she goes above and beyond at her job to always get you anything you need so your stay is the best and comfiest. Year after year she’s always remembered us and treats us like family as soon as we come through those doors. Best hotel in the county!"

"I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was so rude to me and my husband that my husband grabbed our bags and we just walked out. It was ridiculous. Here we were trying to find a nice place to rest for a week after traveling and doing our landscape work and even with a reserved room booked that was already paid we were treated so disrespectful. I hate to write bad reviews on a hotel but I had to do this one. She should honestly be fired."

"When I got to the hotel Tina checked me in. She did a good job,and got me the best rate possible. The room was stocked, clean, and inviting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are in town for business, it's quite, has breakfast, restaurants, and convenient stores close. If you are on vacation it has the pool, and a shopping center across the street. This hotel is a great option no matter what your needs are."

"This hotel was the worst visit I think I’ve ever experienced and many decades. The staff at the front desk were untrained, unprofessional, not helpful. When we checked in it stated they had a hot breakfast and they tried to fool people by putting only cold cereal and a few drinks and toast out.. the rooms were in very bad condition. The air conditioner was loud. The TV channels did not work. Scuff marks all over the wall. Very rundown.. I would not recommend ever staying at this hotel. There are other choices in town do not support this mismanaged organization. The hotel is not worth a visit!"

"Got the last room of the night, at a late hour. Turns out it was scheduled for renovation soon but rented to us for night at $185. The room was in bad shape, the heater/AC was not in good working order, and barely working, noisy. Trying to make big bucks on bad room. The TV did not work, no instructions etc, the shade was busted, etc. This morning the breakfast was meager, no eggs only waffles cereal. We were told they didn't have the staff to cook! At checkout this morning, asked to talk with manager. Was advised none on duty. Lady that waited on us at checkout claimed we were picking on here because she was a woman! Not the case, but she was the only one working the desk. We stayed at another Comfort Suites at a location in Oklahoma and had a pleasant experience. Not so here."
