I spoke with someone named Melissa and she was incredibly rude and made me feel that I was trying to scam the company. I'm a university professor...not a roofing expert. I've had both my two cars and my house insured with them for many years. If this is the kind of response that I am going to get to a question, I'm wondering what kind of rudeness to expect should I have a claim...which I've never had. I'm seriously considering going to someone who, at least, acts like they appreciate my business, even if the cost is higher."
