"We enjoy having our little one at Creme. We really like Michael as the director. He has always promptly addressed any concerns we have expressed. He does a great job communicating and the focus is on the kids. We have had great teachers and all of the administration is great! The facility is clean and our son enjoys the food and the splash pad during the summer months. Our older son has attended the summer camp program the past few years and really enjoys the program and the fields trips for the older kids."

"Director is incompetent - focused on covering his rear instead of addressing problems. Could not (and still can't) deal with a problematic child in the class for more than a year. My kid constantly came back home with bruises and bite marks but administration failed to address the issue. Some of the teachers Spanish speaking and DO NOT understand or speak English?! Some other teachers employs questionable teaching practices - they give kids candies and small throw-away presents to get them to behave in the class room. So when my little one comes home - she expect the same treatment from parents. Curriculum is a mess as well - random at best, but feels like organized chaos to me. The only positive thing is their Spanish classes that happen every day and are pretty good. Everything went sideways when previous director (Liz) quit. Staff turnover is super high, they can't seem to be able to attract good qualified employees. So don't be fooled by fancy facade and interior - it is a hot mess. Advise to parents: if you love your kids - take your business elseware."

"Had a child enrolled at this location since they opened. I'm now on kid three and we have been delighted with the teachers and the experience. Eva in Infants A is an angel. Honestly, all the teachers are amazing. I appreciate the pics of my kiddo they send me throughout the day. I also love how diligent they are about cleanliness. When the pandemic first struck, we were awed by the empathetic, careful and fair way the school approached tuition and their policies. Liz, the old director, was a major reason we loved Creme. Since she left, I am happy to say that Tanzi, Candice and everyone else in the front have done an amazing job. I feel confident in the direction things are going.
