"I spent $20 on a vape here. Took it home, didn't work. I called to ask what to do - the guy laughed, said sorry about my luck, and told me to Google for the support number and that there's nothing I can do. He didn't ID me or ask me to try the product before or after purchase. Also, how dumb is it that you have to test the products you purchase for quality? This place is a scam, it's overpriced, the products are old expired and broken, and they are actively tricking people into buying them knowing that they won't replace or refund them. This IS NOT an Amarillo local company it is a conglomerate that sales bad products and rips off communities. Do not shop here. Go to Bang Bang instead."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Not only did they steal my debit card information but they refuse to refund me back, causing me to go to the bank to receive the money back. Also to the little guy with the fake teeth, glasses, and always wears the same beanie: absolutely terrible costumer service (he's the one that stole the debit card info). So if you don't want your information stolen or get a bad deal, I suggest staying away from this establishment."
