"My son was pushed into a urinal and the teachers did not tell me, nor did they change his WET sweatshirt. My son was also kicked in the face during school and I was not notified until I picked up him up later that day. They told me they thought he had a broken nose at first. HOW WAS I NOT NOTIFIED??? A lot of others like this school, but like most things - as a parent it’s up to you to hold the teachers and school accountable, even a well regarded private school like Becker."

"Becker was recommended to us by friends who had their kids there, and now our kids have been attending for a few years and I can simply not say enough wonderful things about them. The teachers are all amazing and they have very low turnover which is hard to find, and also an indicator of what a wonderful environment Becker fosters. The managing staff are so friendly and accommodating, and they know EVERY child's name, which never ceases to amaze me. I can barely remember my own kids' names. Becker is not a daycare, it is a SCHOOL, and your child will learn a ton through carefully planned activities and play. They also focus on emotional learning--helping the children manage their own feelings and resolve conflicts between each other in a loving and thoughtful way. We recently moved north of town, but I still make the half hour drive to Becker because I haven't found a school closer to us that can compare. My 4 year old is reading small words and doing basic addition/subtraction and it's all because of their wonderful program."
