"If I could give Zero stars I would. My 3 yr child would come home almost everyday drenched in his own urine. He is potty trained and asks when he needs to go so accidents won’t happen. But almost every day is pure negligence from the staff here. Almost as if he was being targeted. Maybe the staff doesn’t look at the children the same if they are not their own melanin tone as them. Awful!"

"I like my son's new teachers Ms .Renee and Ms. Ke'Shon. My son has been attending to this facility since April 2023. I get really good feedback from Ms. Renee, and I know my son needs to work on things. Ms. Ke'Shon is new to me and also my son's teacher. When I drop off my son she is busy with the kids during circle time but when my son cries she stops what she is doing and comforts him. Ms T is great too ! She is not my son's teacher, but she does comfort my son when he is with her until his teacher comes . She also makes sure he eats and communicates with me . The Rock Learning Center has all new teachers and directors so many changes over the summer and made me nervous. Im just happy my son is happy, and he is with kids that are his age because he wasn't before."

"Took my daughter to this center for a week and seen to many red flags in that first week that I decided for her to no longer attend this center. When dropping her off in the mornings I always had to leave her in a different room with a different teacher with kids mixed of different ages and just one teacher so theres was a lot of crying and yelling which caused her to get emotional as well. Especially because shes in a different room from when I pick her up and its very confusing, I did not like that at all. Teachers are coming in until almost 10am! They use the brightview app for updates but after the first day I never received updates or responses to my messages which was very worry some for me as it was my very first time leaving my daughter in a center, yet they are always on their phone. I noticed they would not let her drink out of her cup of water that I would take, every time I picked her up it was full as if she never drank out of it and it was always out of reach in high places. Im guessing they would do that so they wouldn’t have to take her to the bathroom often since she no longer uses diapers. One day I was leaving and overheard a teacher tell a little girl to “shut up and sit down” and to me I won’t ever let anyone speak to my child like that."

"I have 3 kiddos who attend The Rock ELC. This facility is by far the best daycare my kids have ever attended. They are so sweet and always clean. Kiddos are excited to attend daily. They learn so much my son was drinking from and open cup by 16 months and is way ahead in gross and fine motor skills. My oldest is autistic and is attended to so patient and kind. I would recommend this daycare over any other daycare and this is coming from a parent and child care worker"
