"literally run. Don’t even waste your time here. i asked for a simple french tip with black instead of white. now if you look at that picture, it’s giving more of a french half rather than a tip. the shape is terrible. after asking her to reshape them a few times i just figured i’d shape them myself at home as long as the foundation was alright. now i definitely noticed the tip was a little far down but by that point she had already put the acrylic on so i knew we would have to start all over so stupidly i just went with it. the only reason i paid for the set was because i was uncomfortable with how many men were coming in/out and going straight to the back room. i feel like no further explanation is needed on that, if you know you know. but after sitting in my car for a while i went back in and just asked for a full refund because i hated them and asked if she could take them off. she argued with me the whole time saying this is how all french tips look and when i pulled up a picture she said why didn’t i show her a picture. my thought process is that any nail salon knows how to do one of the most basic sets known to woman. anyway after trying to only give me $20 back on this $50 set we went back and forth for quite some time and she just ended up saying if you get a full refund we aren’t taking the nails off. lol ma’am that’s fine it’s only gonna cost me like $5 to remove this horrible set. the application is so bad there are a few nails where the tip isn’t glued all the way down so if my nails get wet mold and stuff can grow under the acrylic but i can tell she was in a rush to get to that back room where the real money was."
"Turn around dont drown!!!! Ladies please listen do NOT come here to get your nails done!!!!!! Horrible first time for my daughter as a birthday gift. I had to tell them no it looks bad for someone else to redo it and it still looks bad and unprofessional. They cut her cuticle. The powder nails looked like a 6 year old did them. I question if they went to school to do nails. I could have done a better job myself!!! I should have known cause we were the only women who came in during the whole time. Plenty of men came in for service’s though. Only one stayed in the front."
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I walked in and KNEW I shouldn’t get them done. I should’ve listened to my instincts. They did not use the pedicure wrap for the pedi bowl. They did not use sterilized instruments. I also told the lady to soak off the shellac on my toes (since my nails are on the thinner side) & she proceeded to drill off the shellac with a different drill bit. I eventually told her to stop & just do a take off. She proceeded to charge me $35 for a take of and soaking my feet in water. That is literally all she did. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. First & last time."
"This was my first time at this nail shop; Customer service was nice but the nail tech did not do well at all on my hands she could not seem to polish my nails well at all, even though my pedi looked nice out the door a few days later my polish begin to chip on my toes."
"I'll tell you my experience. I paid 70 dollars for a take off, new set and a pedicure however the quality was not worth the price. I would go into detail if I didn't feel bad for leaving a not so good review. I don't know if I was over charged because I told the nail tech I was new to Houston all I know is this was a waste of money and time, my nails started breaking the next day and the paint began to chip I came on Sunday today is Friday and 4 nails are already broken. Be watchful people and don't give your hard earned money to businesses who don't value quality."
