The Toddler House Oak Forest/ The Heights 2215 West 34th Street, Houston, TX 77018

"My son has attended The Toddler House in Oak Forest on 34th Street for several years. He just started kindergarten and he was very well prepared by The Toddler House, both academically and socially. Ms. Joann, the pre-K teacher, is amazing. My son learned to read while in her class - as a 4YO. The director, Ms. Veronica, is loved and respected by all of the kids. She is very professional, knows all of the children by name, and it is obvious that she truly cares about the children in her care and is passionate about what she does. Most of the staff has been there for 10+ years - unheard of in most childcare settings. I don't think the teachers get paid nearly enough for what they do, but under Ms. Veronica's leadership, the teachers stick around, which provides much needed consistency for young children. I can't think of anything negative to say about The Toddler House, except that the staff is underappreciated by the owners. I hope the owners are reading this! If there is ever an issue, whether it is a child's behavior of something else, Ms. Veronica handles it promptly, fairly, and successfully. My son still attends The Toddler House after school. Highly recommend for all ages infant - 12 years. Oh, and the facility is so clean! My son has NEVER gotten sick at The Toddler House, even as an infant. My pediatrician couldn't believe my son was in daycare because he is never sick. They take very good care of all the children at The Toddler House."

"Our 2 children have attended The Toddler House since they were babies. At every point, the staff have treated them as their own with affection and kindness. In 5 years we have never had any issues, and our kids are always excited to see their current and former teachers. We are so glad and so lucky to have found the Toddler House!"

"My daughters attend The Toddler House for after school and whenever school is closed. My experience has been wonderful! All the teachers and Mrs. Veronica are always attentive and helpful. My girls love The Toddler House and would prefer it over regular school. Anytime a situation has arisen Mrs. Veronica is always there to solve it in a timely manner. I haven’t had any issues and look forward to continuing to send my girls and refer family and friends!"

"My Daughter who is currently 9 started going there when she was 4. She graduated from there with a nice little cap and gown. My son who is 2 yrs is currently going there and he knows his ABC's, 1-10, He identifies animals, he knows his colors. I was in awww when my son came home and pointing out colors around the house. Every child here is treated fairly and Ms. Veronica treats em like her own! If I ever start a daycare Ms. Veronica will be on my radar to hire!"

"I LOVE LOVE this daycare, my son has been at this location since he was 3 months old. I went in with doubt and Ms. Veronica took that doubt away. Her and her hard working staff know how to make a place feel like your second home. I love how Veronica is always going above and beyond for 'you' as a parent. Very accommodating and welcoming, and very careful with our children. I totally recommend this location, without Veronica and her hardworking staff, this location would not be what it is!!
