"My family tried this company for our first attempt in paying someone that wasn't family to watch our children - we're helicopter parents that have three boys aged 4-8. Unfortunately the company sent us a brand new employee that claimed she didn't get any of the info we provided (and asked us to crate our dog and lock up our cats while she was there) and things only deteriorated from there. When we returned from our date a few minutes early she wasn't at the house - we found our children asleep and she returned from a nearby gas station soon after. Upon her departure for the night we checked the recording from our indoor cameras and saw she was on her phone nearly the whole time while my boys were misbehaving, hurting each other and throwing things. They also told us the next day she tried getting them to leave in her car to go to the gas station but they wouldn't go with her. The company didn't charge me and fired the employee stating this kind of thing had never occurred before but I would still caution other new families."

"They don't give you what you signed up as a childcare provider and stick you in childcare centers expecting you to know everything then if something goes wrong you get the blame and cut hours. Plus if you're full time you don't always get full time work and you have to work various places to make it an eight hour shift. Also Childcare centers directors that have issues with you don't always talk to you about any problems arising but instead call the company making you look bad. Then someone from the company calls you while becoming rude to you even though you have no idea what happened."
