"If I could give them zero stars I would because that is exactly what they deserve ! My child has consistently been bitten EVERY week sometimes twice a week WHICH THEY ARE FULLY AWARE of who the biters are & and have not taken action. They make up stories saying it is happening at meal time (when they are in high chairs) Most of the time, they don’t even bother to call and advise my child has been bitten either ! They consistently put the WRONG diapers on my child causing rashes (she has diapers&wipes I provided in her cubby) My child has MULTIPLE missing clothes, shoes, and socks. They put my child’s shoes WHICH HAVE HER NAME on them in the wrong child’s bag. Another pair of shoes went missing and have still not been found. My child comes home dehydrated & hungry EVERYDAY ! My child has came home with her clothes and hands BLACK from crawling around on their FILTHY floors, don’t bother to change into fresh clothes provided in her back pack. My child came home one day with no socks on and it was 40 degrees outside. I went to pick her up one day and could hear her crying from all the way in the front, they had left her sitting in a DIRTY diaper for HOURS, her rash was so bad her skin was bleeding. I do not recommend your child to go here unless you constantly want to be disappointed. I have contacted their headquarters and they still have not resolved my issues. Completely unacceptable and the staff is constantly changing, most of which have no clue what is going on. It took them MONTHS to get my child in the therapies she needs. Overall I am highly disappointed and have given them multiple chances to address and resolve the issues which they clearly show THEY DO NOT CARE because it continues to happen. PLEASE do not send your kids here they will NEGLECT them!"
"Keeps child in wheelchair most of the time they are at facility. Picking up child wet most of the time, clothes are even wet. Not great speech therapy."
"The Kidz Club decided to discharge our special needs child because they think he doesn't need skilled nursing care. He has down syndrome and breathing issues. He has been attending the Kidz Club for years. He does need special care as he can not speak, still in diapers, thyroid issues, and behavior issues. Our son will not thrive in a regular daycare setting and the Down Syndrome of Louisville agrees. They say they have been calling for months, but my cellphone carrier sent me call logs for the past 7 months and no calls from the Kidz Club. I have called and emailed the corporate office with no response. The truth is, they do not want to deal with our son as he can be a hand full. Hopefully my complaint to the State and the insurance provider who pays for our sons care will resolve this issue. Shame on you Kidz Club for treating a special needs child in this manner."
"I got a call from Bre, the head nurse, saying they had been trying to get ahold of me for a couple of months (Lie) and that they was discharging my 7 year old son with downs, because he didn't need nursing assistance anymore, even tho he still has a medical condition, and still uses pull ups, and the insurance still pays for it. It was obvious that she just didn't want to be bothered with him anymore because he's a handful."
"My daughter has gotten bitten there several times. My wife and I talked to the staff, director and owner and were told that there was nothing they could do. In one of our meetings the nurse even agreed that they needed more staff. We told that they would give there biters teething necklace which the nurse told us they already had. Also they would have a bite book. Both my wife and had walked in to pick our daughter up and they only had one person with several children. They also told us during the meeting that her books showed they had people staffed. Which, both my wife I replied we were physical her and saw that there was one person with 8 kids. I do not recommend this place and your kid is just a number there. We are in search of another facility for daughter. We know other parents have had problems not being notified about there kids getting injured there"
