"I ordered a CD (Aether Realm/Tarot) and the flimsy package arrived with no CD. It looks like the glue dried up and the CD slipped out. I tried calling this joke of a company but the phone number is disconnected. Oh well, there goes $13.83 down the drain. Needless to say there is zero customer service...literally. STAY AWAY!"

"When I first placed an order through one of their subsidiaries, DeepDiscount.com, their system said the items I bought were all In Stock. They only fulfilled part of my order, so I called to find out the status of what was still missing, just to be told that item is now on backorder. I advised the representative on the phone to keep it on backorder in the event they could procure the item. A few hours later, they email me to say they are cancelling the order, which I did not request when I called earlier in the day. They have very poor communication with their customers as they provide incorrect information on their website and then refuse to heed one's request to keep an item on backorder. Because of their ineptness and blatant disregard for customer service, it wound up costing me over $40.00 more for the same product that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere if I would have known at the time I placed the order that they did not have this item on inventory. I am a very loyal customer and they had zero consideration for the inconveniences which they caused me. They take absolutely no responsibility for errors which they create and could care less how they treat their customers. They truly are the epitome of apathy."

"If I could give it a zero star i would. This job went from a somewhat career place to a stepping stone joke. Worked there for 4 months and it was absolute hell. Management is a joke. They do not communicate, lazy , and run a relationship not a business. If management can have a relationship or get a pice of the pie you can get what you want. Funny how I was going to invest my hard earn money here. Went in to see first hand what I was going to invest in to and found a clusterfxxxx of a company. And not only did I see all of that going on they abuse their workers. They are immigrants with a dream of having their independence and this people take advantage of that and treat them like animals. And not only that some members of management are racist towards them and nothing is done about it. Trust me I tried. Well I only leave this here as a warning. Do not waste your time on working for them nor waste your money on buying anything from here. Is probably ether broken or they bought it for two dollars and sell it at a great profit. And all of their stuff is cheap and exported from other countries."

"Shipped wrong order, canceled my order and held my money ransom until I shipped their order back. Yep, repackage (my new box and tape), drive (my gas) to the post office, stand in line (my time) at the post office, basically doing their job, all they have to do is email you a label, still never got what I ordered, this company is not worth the effort, I suggest shopping elsewhere."
