"*** Update September 13, 2023. My son now been out of that Building 2 for lil over a month now. The morning of his last day I requested for the owner to call me to discuss the issue I have with the RUDE director Ms. Ni and that teacher Ms. Sha. I liked the owner and she was very nice. Thought she would of called to talk about the issue but I guess it not important. She never bothered to call. The STATE asked me if she did and when I told them she didn't, the state said that it unacceptable. And that the director Ms. Ni and teacher Ms. Sha are going against state regulations for how they talk to parents and the children. And some other issues that were reported about the second building. The state also said it didn't matter if it was the director policy in the second building, she is not aloud to send home a child for having an accident, especially if the parent sends enough clothes for the day or they may have a disability. ***August 6,2023 The director and teachers in the building one of small steps of faith are great and very nice and work with you. In building 2 the director is extremely rude and disrespectful and when i tried to talk to her she got nasty and when i told her then im gonna take him out of the daycare she said GOOD ILL TELL THE OWNER, and closed the door in my face and this was in the morning where parents and kids are around. I tried to ask her to please be patient cause my son was having a few accidents cause he was out of daycare for about a month cause issues with the ccap so he just needed a few days to get back into the flow of the school. She saidnthey will do a potty chart but will kick him out fornthe day if he pees himself 3 times cause thats her policy. Never had the respect to talk to me about why he started to have some accidents when he never did before and what could we work on. She ACCUSED him of peeing himself out of spite cause he was asked to do something and thats a lie cause he would never do that. And i even gave her a card for his behavioralist so she can talk to her about it if she wanted and him being evaluated for ADD/ADHD but she didn't care. By day 3 of him being back which was thursday this week he didn't have an accident and that was the day the director was so rude and my fiance and I made it his last day. Directors are supposed to be understanding and kind and always willing to work on things with parents. And never get in an argument with a parent in front of other parents or kids. The older teacher in building 2 is also very rude and yelled at my 3 year old for 5 minutes to get out of the bathroom when I sent him in to go before we left and she knew I was there. And she isnt aloud to do that it and its against state regulations to yell at kids to get out of the bathroom with a parent present. She was also rude and said he peed himself today, and I already knew cause his pants were changed and in is bag. And when I said it was just the one she still had an attitude and said THAT WE KNOW OF. I also hear her yelling at the kids alot. She never said hi and when you say good morning she says yeah and walks by you. Never smiles and has attitude. I'm sorry if you don't like working with kids ur in the wrong job. My son loved going till his last day he kept saying he was scared to go when I went to drop him off so idk if they said something to him that scared him cause he had an accident. But he will misshaving friends. Hopfeully i can find another daycare where the director isn't a mean disrespectful person."
