"PARENTS BEWARE! Please do your research before sending your child here! I had a horrible experience and you can find me on messenger if you'd like to ask any questions before admitting your child! I know it's hard when you've exhausted every source of therapy and your child isn't getting any better."
"The staff was good an polite but the therapist was not a good therapist. The therapist would say one thing to you then be in denial of what the therapist tells you then jumps the gun a tries to file abandonment charges on you when clearly I didn’t not abandon my child. The therapist was very dishonest an after what my daughter told me what the therapist was saying about me to my daughter I would definitely not recommend this place to no one."
"There is so many other mental health/behavioral places to take your kids for example brook kmi in Louisville or even our lady of peace do your research or maybe take your kids to therapy before it gets to the point of mental health facilities or listen and be patient it’s not worth losing your child…"
"One of the best places I have ever worked and I'm nearly 40yrs old. This job is not for everyone and it takes a special type person to understand our residents. I love what I do and we have some really good staff who care and take the time to listen to resident concerns. Administration are always looking for ways to make both their employees and residents happy."
"Please do not send your kids there. They do not see the doctor at all. They have no activities. They watch tv and play games all day. Therapy is a joke. Some of these kids are kept there for way too long because they have good insurance. Some are foster kids that receive food stamps that they never see nor does the kitchen. They are used personally for the administrative staff. It is a money maker for a man who claims to be a mental health doctor. He’s never there. The administrative staff rarely comes out of their offices. They have no clue as to what is really going on nor do they care. The employees are not treated with respect. As time goes on they take things away from you. No paid holidays. No benefits. PTO cut in have. And hire people in making more money than people already there. Several kids have been hurt by employees. But everything is covered up. Not a good place at all!"
