"Very Unprofessional.. Lynn yelled at Sunny for 10 minutes about taking my acrylic overlay job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had never felt more uncomfortable before in any nail salon until I came here. Going to the nail salon should be something fun and relaxing and this was the opposite. I paid half the bill and walked out and wish I hadn’t paid a cent. I only paid because I felt badly for Sunny. Lynn has anger issues and makes everyone uncomfortable. this was my first time back in 5+ years and the place has deteriorated horribly with hoarder tendencies. I was in the area and thought I’d get a nail job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! If you’re looking for a good place go to OCEAN NAILS in Universal City… go see Don and Tina."

"Sunny did my nails just fine but when he passed me on to another lady she totally did sloppy layers of paint creating a bumpy texture, he came back and did a smooth top coat but days later im seeing the patches of paint. I also got my dress altered bc sunny mention he charges 10 dollars & is real cheap but when I got my bill it was nearly 30 dollars. I also dont like the fact that they kept asking me for additional work for 5 to $10 more"
