"An order I placed online with Reserve Bar was sent to this company to fulfill. They shipped with some regional shipping company I've never heard of who has a 1.3 out of 5 google reviews. Tracking shows picked up and for 3 weeks, it shows nothing else and no one can get any information. I have tried customer service with both companies and have received no information."

"Incredibly slow. Nobody answers the phone, goes directly to Voicemail which greets you with an automated "This mailbox is not accepting messages because this mailbox has not been activated." Never got my order."

"Dismal customer service. I ordered 10 days ago and just got an email that stated they shipped with a carrier that does not deliver yo my intended recipient. In the meantime, I have received communications from at least 3 different companies. And the credit card charge is to a 4th company. What a joke....If I get my refund , I will be amazed.. I see a dispute filed with Citibank coming up. ."

The package was returned by the shipping company due to that error and this company has the nerve to try and refund me and still charge me the shipping that THEY messed up on. I still have not received the product purchased OR a refund. DO NOT do business with this place."
