"We had to use this daycare because it was the only one that would transport to my school at the time. The lady that met my kids in the front was nice enough but there were so many problems and my kids hated it. There was one worker that wouldn't let my son sit in my daughters lap because "covid". My kid said she would yank my son off her lap and yell at them both. There were also other little kids cussing and saying vile things and my kids would come back telling me. I mentioned it to the workers and suddenly my kids were in trouble with the workers and van driver. Once the driver didn't come so I had to leave work and come get them to take them to school, so I missed hours or else they would have to stay at the day care. A few times they were late to school and I was never notified by the daycare EVER, the school would alert me which would cause me stress wondering where my kids were. Multiple new packs of pull ups would disappear and my school was saying my son would show up completely soaked through, thankfully my son got the hang of avoiding accidents but he was still very new to toilet training and I asked them to ask him if he needed the potty and they just wouldn't help with that. Cups and other items with my kids names would disappear too. It was a very stressful school year because of these people, if you can go somewhere else I would."

"I am using my husband gmail, but I wanna say this is an amazing daycare. I checked out a couple of daycares before I came to big starz, my two little girls 6 and 4 years old love it here. My 6 year goes to it holleman and they have great drivers that are so respectful and amazing. They take care of my kids very well. My little 4 year old always has a wonderful time. We love seeing Mrs Etta in the morning and we love saying bye to the rest of the teachers. They don’t just watch your kids, they teach them, feed them, play with them they’re always making sure they have to use the restroom. There isn’t a bad day at big starz. We love it here and the teachers are so so amazing. There’s always a big smile when I pick up the kids."
